It’s been fairly the journey, and McDonalds promises it customers that this is just the beginning-they’ve got there hearts set on making more history. So they have set up European quality assurance team develop systems that monitor food quality in every supply chain of McDonalds restaurants. Subsequently, food safety is a concern for everyone and McDonalds assures every customer that is its focus. McDonalds meets or surpasses the food safety standards as stated by the law in the preparation of there food and there suppliers must also meet strict criteria for food hygiene and safety at every stage of the food supply and production method.

McDonalds has taken action to its customers concerns on the issue of genetically modified products and ingredients and whenever possible in Europe they source for non-GM products and ingredients. Also they ask there suppliers to identify the source of non-GM maize or soya in feed for all there beef chicken, pork and dairy cattle. Even though some genetically modified ingredients are well thought-out to be safe and have been widely accepted, McDonalds always continues to respect its customer’s wishes in this matter.

Varieties and additions
McDonald’s is moving from awareness to accomplishment. Its aim is to have employees within our organization working and living to get to their full potential. McDonalds believes that leaders should hold themselves responsible for learning about, valuing, and being respectful to individuals on both sides of the counter.
