Their main results being cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, cancer, and diabetes, HCT will
provide other alternative eating habits that are healthier and if strictly adopted are likely to
increase the life span of an individual.
Physical activeness is another issue that will be tackled, many people lack the enthusiasm
to regularly exercise which would be an excellent health booster to their bodies. The main reason

for this might be the physical exercises that they participate in or have tried to participate in,
physical activity can be tedious if not properly introduced the body has to learn and get used to
regular exercises in an efficient manner. Other issues to be discussed include the negative effects
of smoking, stress, the positive effects of having a good sleep and regular checkups with a
doctor, and many other issues that can help one live a good, happy, and long life.
