In this case, the AFP will strengthen its appeal to client by encouraging its employees to serve clients to their level best. Clients will compliment the ability of the employees with the way they handle their inquiries by understanding their specific needs.

Moreover, the AFP is in a position to empower its employees to take risks, become innovative, and engage in experimentation. Employees will also be able to share their work, take responsibility of their tasks, and deal with discipline issues, performance problems, and conflicts that may arise during working hours. In addition, it is critical for organizations to empower its employee’s sole problems together.

The agency will also be in a position to encourage its employees to improve their performance to reduce inefficiencies and waste. This is an important idea in the sense that it will help the AFP employees use the agency resources economically and serve its client on a timely basis. Also, an organization that empowers its workers to improve demonstrates a strong leadership. This includes leadership qualities such as creativity, understanding of the needs of the organization, enthusiasm, ability to implement organizational change, decision making, adaptability and self awareness, and future vision.

These qualities are critical in guiding the AFP on how to come up with decisions in case the agency needs to identify effective strategies to combat crime in Australia. This way, there is a high probability that a big number of people of Australia will live in a secure environment, mainly because the staff of AFP work towards taking responsibilities and have learned dedicate their skills and effort to serve clients.
