The paper also provides research objectives which guide the paper in expounding on
performance management systems at DP World. This section provides the problems and
objectives to guide the paper. In addition, it uses a table to ensure that the study objectives meet
the problems that the paper seeks to solve. The research sub-objectives section extrapolates on
different methodologies required to fulfill the research objectives.
The study advances to literature review where it looks at how employees are the capital
resource in an organization. This section provides more information on productivity, job

is related to employee training by incorporating Training Need Analyses (TNA).
In the methodology section, the study used both primary and secondary data, the
combination of the two types of data made it possible to retrieve more information about
performance management system. The study also incorporated both qualitative and quantitative
approaches hence making it possible to understand performance management systems at DP
World. The use of survey that involves 40 participants, most of the participants was middle level
staff in the company. In the qualitative analysis the use of interviews was applied.
The finding and analysis section used the results acquired from the survey and interviews
hence providing first hand information regarding performance management system at DP World.
The section also used tables to show the results, this made it easier to do analysis and come up
with findings. The use of numerical data ensured that the study met its objectives and solved the
study problems. The paper provides some of the limitations experienced in the study, for
example, time management. The paper further gave recommendations by looking at the strengths
and weaknesses of the company using SWOT Analysis. The conclusion section highlighted the
importance of using secondary data and primary data and how the methodologies created a
platform to provide sustainable recommendation for DP World.
